Detection:
UV-Vis Detector C-640 Fast compound tracking
Integrable Easy integration in any system configuration
With the simultaneous monitoring at four different wavelengths over the whole UV and visible range, the C-640 Detector allows you to detect and isolate your compounds using the Sepacore® Flash Chromatography systems.

Optional:
ELS Detector C-650
The Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) detects all non-volatile compounds, including those invisible to other detectors. The C-650 handles any combination of mobile phases and gradients required for efficient and fast separations.

Pump:
Flash mode, Pump module C-601 / C-605
The pump modules C-601 and C-605 are the core components of the BUCHI Sepacore® Chromatography systems. Whatever the application in isocratic or gradient mode is, the modules provide a reproducible and pulse free flow rate.
The 3-piston pump module with a pulse-free flow rate from 2.5 – 250 mL/min guarantees fast separation at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (145 psi) or 50 bar (725 psi) for isocratic or gradient mode. The chemically resistant and biocompatible pumps can be used with a wide range of organic solvents.

Fraction Collector C-660:
Collect each drop of your precious sample
Reliably collecting the separated compounds is the ultimate goal of a preparative chromatography application. The Fraction Collector C-660 collects all your samples according to time, volume or peak mode in any type of tubes or vessels.
